Notarization through our licensed partner

Notarization in Ontario may only be performed by a notary appointed under the Notaries Act. We are not a notary — and we say so plainly. Instead, we coordinate with a licensed partner steps from our office, so a document that needs notarization before apostille is handled in one order.

How it works

  1. Tell us what the document is and where it will be used.
  2. If it needs notarization first (many pre-2019 diplomas and private documents do), we book our licensed notary partner and schedule you in.
  3. We take the notarized document straight into the apostille queue — one order, one tracked chain of custody, one firm completion date.
